Welcome to The Irie Bloom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All floral arrangements are created seasonally and may vary slightly from photos shown online. We work with fresh, locally sourced, and market-available flowers whenever possible. Exact flower varieties, tones, and wrapping materials may change depending on availability.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that floral products are natural and perishable and may differ from reference images.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Same-day or next-day delivery may close early depending on capacity. 
• Custom floral orders require a minimum of one week’s notice. 
• Studio bunches and seasonal arrangements are designer’s choice and follow our current weekly color story. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Many arrangements are designed around a rotating weekly palette. By ordering from our seasonal collections, you are trusting our design direction and accepting natural variation within that color story.

Flowers may not match previous arrangements exactly.

We currently offer local delivery only within selected delivery zones.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless previously arranged. Traffic, weather, holidays, recipient availability, and carrier delays may affect timing.

Please ensure:

• Recipient information is correct 
• Someone is available to receive the order when appropriate 
• Delivery instructions are accurate and safe 

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

If no recipient is available:

• Flowers may be left in a safe location when possible 
• We may contact the recipient directly 
• Redelivery fees may apply 

Pickup orders must be collected during the selected pickup window. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee product quality for delayed pickups.

Flower substitutions may be necessary due to seasonality or market conditions. We will always maintain the overall style, palette, and value of the arrangement.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

• All sales are final 
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on floral products 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved issues may qualify for:

• Partial refund 
• Store credit 
• Replacement arrangement 

Cancellation requests:

• 48+ hours before delivery: eligible for store credit or partial refund 
• Less than 48 hours: non-refundable due to flower purchasing and preparation 

Plants and fresh flowers require proper care after delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, extreme temperatures, pets, or delayed unpacking.

Some flowers and plants may be toxic to pets. Please research plant safety before purchase.

Event and wedding bookings require a signed proposal or invoice approval and may require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date.

Final flower selections are subject to seasonal availability and sourcing conditions.

All images, branding, designs, copy, logos, and content on this site belong to The Irie Bloom and may not be copied or used without permission.

Customer information is used only for order fulfillment, communication, and business operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
